After a multi-year hiatus due to Covid-19, the Spring Brook Farm Cheese team was excited to return to in-person events this summer. Below are some photo highlights from the events we attended. We even picked up a few awards along the way!
American Cheese Society
Three members of the Spring Brook Farm Cheese team attended the American Cheese Society’s annual conference, held in Portland, OR from July 20-23. They attended workshops such as “Dairy & Greenhouse Gas Emissions,” part of ACS’s Code Red Series addressing the dairy industry and climate change.
Spring Brook Farm Cheese won two awards at the 2022 ACS Competition!
The Full Ver-Monty won First Place in the Raclette-style category. We make the Full Ver-Monty exclusively for Wegmans grocery stores.
Reading won Third Place in the Raclette-style category.
The Big E
Spring Brook Farm Cheese won two awards at The Big E’s 2022 Cheese Competition!

The Good Food Mercantile and Fancy Food Show
From June 11-14 Spring Brook Farm Cheese’s Sales and Marketing Director, Debbie Peterson, attended the Good Food Mercantile and the Summer Fancy Food Show, both held in New York City.
The Burlington Food and Wine Festival
On Saturday, June 25, three members of the Spring Brook Farm Cheese team joined dozens of other local and regional food and wine vendors at the well-attended Burlington Food and Wine Festival, held this year at HULA Lakeside in Burlington, VT.
The Vermont Cheese Council Cheese Summit
Three members of the Spring Brook Farm Cheese team sampled and sold cheese at the Vermont Cheese Council’s VT Cheese Summit on August 13.
